The Room Refresh

Do you have a room in your house that needs updating? Maybe that artwork you love could look better on a different wall or those bookcases and mantle could use some styling. The Refresh package using existing furniture with additional decorative touches to help bring the room together, making it a cohesive space. This package includes a 1-hour in-home consultation as well as shopping and styling recommendations (does not include the purchase of the design items).

The Room Re-Design

Out with the old, in with the new. The Re-Design package includes a 1-hour in-home consultation to discuss the design goals for your space, a design board including furniture and accessory recommendations, and a list of where to purchase those items. The initial consultation is followed up with a 2-hour in-home styling session to implement the newly purchased items (does not include the purchase of the design items).

Paint Color Consultation

Let’s put the fun back in choosing paint colors for your home’s interior or exterior! With thousands of paint choices, it can seem daunting when tasked with making these decisions on your own. We can help you select the perfect paint color combinations that will complement your existing furnishings and make each room flow seamlessly into the next.

Home Staging

Are you planning to move? Your home has been your sanctuary. Now you’re tasked with helping buyers visualize themselves in your space. Let us help make your home market ready. The Home Staging consultation includes room-by-room reviews to highlight the most desirable features of each. We then provide a detailed report of staging suggestions for your home. Even small adjustments that you might not notice can help attract the right buyer. Approximately 99% of the homes we have staged receive contracted offers.

Building a remodeling a home is an exciting (and overwhelming) opportunity to make it your own. Let us help guide you to make confident decisions when selecting your finishes.
